The imposing new Scottish Equitable Headquarters in South Gyle, Edinburgh represents Henshaws largest single contract to date with the supply and installation of over £5.0 million of glazing systems and metalwork.
From the outset, Henshaw major project department together with Kawneer worked closely with the design team to come up with engineered solutions within the cost plan to match the performance and aesthetic requirements of the project.
The £3.7 million glazing systems installation included 4,500m² of curtain walling, 600m² of slope roof glazing, 1200m² of rainscreen cladding and over 300 opening windows.
